Very nice shop, I couldn’t believe all the types of animals they have. Tons of fish, gerbils, mice, axolotls, turtles, reptiles, bird. The staff was very friendly and helped me get stuff for my aquarium’s air pump (tubing and filters) I’d recommend stopping in even to check out how cool it is, and especially if you need something for pets

I picked up my goldfish in person and they’re in perfect health. They’re active, eating well, and exactly what I wanted. The person who helped me pack them up was really helpful and made it easy. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely go back.

Terrible. The woman was rude to me when I said I had a service animal. Shouted side door at us twice. Im hard of hearing. We had called ahead of time for pet boots. A nice man told us they had them they for labs. They did not and we were offered no help. We didnt feel welcome there at all. Won't even be back.

My 1st visit. Very nice. Clean, well stocked & service was great. Staff was polite, knowledgeable, helpful and handled the rodents fearlessly. Informed me of their discounts for their anniversary coming up... I'll be back... Who doesn't love a discount ? 😊

This is such a gem of a store. Brian is so knowledgeable and helpful. He is always there to help when the inevitable happens to an aquarium when my husband is working long shifts.
