Pet Caddy

A Christmas Blessing! Pet Caddy came through in a pinch on Christmas Eve. Right before Thanksgiving, we unexpectedly ended up with a shelter dog that was scheduled to be euthanized and had nowhere else to go. We were never supposed to have him so were completely unprepared when he still didn't have a foster home (or forever home) on Christmas Eve. I began researching pet boarding around Austin and found Pet Caddy. I liked the fact that they were out in the country and had a lot of land where the dogs could run and play. I thought it was a long shot that Pet Caddy would even answer the phone on Christmas Eve, but they did and welcomed him in so we wouldn't have to cancel our family Christmas. The onboarding process was quick and easy. We were able to drop him off an hour after I called in.

My two dogs had the best experience at Pet Caddy with James! They came back exhausted from all the fun and socialization! James texted us daily feedback and pictures of my dogs! We love having our dogs here where they are taken care of and loved, instead of forgotten like other boarding places we’ve been to. Very reasonable price and lovely family! Will definitely schedule our next boarding here!

I’ve had some great dog boarders for my little Bostons in the past, but none as outstanding as Pet Caddy. From the start, they were fantastic. Their facility is new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The team is friendly, professional, and clearly passionate — they treated my pups like their own. We stopped by for a quick meet and greet and were immediately impressed. My dogs’ first stay ended up being extended due to post-surgery travel, and Pet Caddy kept me updated the entire time with daily photos and notes. The updates weren’t just reassuring — they showed how much the team genuinely enjoyed being with my dogs, and how much fun the pups were having in return. We left our big boy (Cane Corso) here over the holiday, and it was an amazing experience. From the initial booking and flexibility with him not being fixed, to pick up/drop off, and photos throughout his stay!! It was all top tier. Most people are hesitant to allow us to board him because he’s such a large breed. But he quickly became a fan favorite during his stay. Love the space at this establishment and that the owners live on the premises. I think we’ve found our new boarding spot! 💙

Pet Caddy has been such a great place for my dog to stay whenever I’m out of town. The communication is helpful. They are great with giving me updates each day on how my dog is doing and it gives me such a peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands. Scheduling boarding visits is also very easy.
