Our Blue passed away while we were out of town. Pet Angel Memorial Center worked seamlessly with VEG to bring our boy, Blue, home to us. They handled his remains with amazing care and provided us with a beautiful engraved ash box. What touched us most were the clay paw prints. Because VEG had done ink prints the night he passed, we could actually see the faint ink residue transferred into the clay prints made by Pet Angel. While it might sound like a small detail, it was a huge comfort to us—it was the evidence we needed to know that they truly had our Blue and were treating him with the individual care he deserved. The personalization was perfect. With gratitude, thank you!

I wasn’t sure what cremation service my vet was using when I made the difficult decision to put my dog down, but I’m so pleased with their Pet Angel Memorial service. Their service was prompt, heartfelt, and professional. It’s evident they take special care in their services.

So...my urn turned out great and the lady at the front desk was really sweet but I will say people trust this company with their dogs and in my case my baby, my family. The least they could have done was get the memorial items right. I wanted 2 paw prints and we discussed in office that I wanted 1 of them for a tattoo. Both paw prints(which cost $62.00) were in my opinion too smudged for a tattoo. My dog had an extra toe which made it unique and I could not even tell in the print. Of course All of their sample prints advertised in their office looked perfect though. The dogs coming in are unable to move or fight the process so there should be NO reason they can not get a good print unless they are rushing. I unexpectedly had to put my 11 year old girl Fuji to sleep and this past weekend after the onset of a sudden and aggressive illness, and I was heartbroken and am still processing that grief. Pet Angels made it very easy to arrange a private cremation for her- She passed on a Saturday evening and I was able to pick her up the following Thursday. I got my girl back in her wooden box I selected and it was packaged carefully in a blue velvet bag. Savannah was the staff member I interacted with and she was so kind and compassionate, even the tone in which she spoke was incredibly gentle. I have a 14 year old senior at home still, and while I hope I don't have to make this arrangement any time soon, I would confidently use this company again for her cremation when that time comes.

My dog has died unexpectedly and they want $62 for a paw print. Ink and paper $62. For a 4 pound chihuahua. They are ready and willing to extort you for money while you're in a vulnerable situation. *response* NO YOU ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. IF YOU DID I WOULDN'T HAVE FOUND SOMEWHERE THAT DOES MORE FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE. As I stated in my email, stop contacting me.
