Volunteeredfor the Stroll Mates dog walking and it was thoroughly enjoyable and educational for both 4 legged, 2 legged participants oh I forgot there were also two three-legged participants. If you have never been to the shelter, you are cheating yourself of an opportunity to give so little time in exchange for sooo much loving appreciation. I must sayto participate in the walking, you must have good mobility and balance because those babies are so excited for the chance to be in the wide open outdoors, you could easily be pulled off your feet if you aren't prepared for the HAPPY (6 legged) DANCE. Now, I'm exhausted and sore in places I forgot I had.Thanks, Beauty, Paisley and Lulu, you're all such good girls.

I called a few times regarding a dog and a cat needing medical care and they came out the same day within a couple of hours; I hope both of them get the care and get good adoptive parents. I hope that don't put them down for minor issues; otherwise I would not call them for help.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Went back for another dog but my dog was not wanting to share the love. I highly recommend give these dogs a chance. Most seem rough but end up being super nice.
