Perfect Pet Resort

I cannot say enough good things about Perfect Pet Resort! My 11-month-old Doberman, Ragnar, absolutely loves going to daycare here. He actually starts getting excited as we get closer to the building because he already knows where he’s going. That alone tells me how much he enjoys it. The staff is amazing. Ragnar loves everyone there, and it’s clear they truly care about the dogs. Every day when I pick him up, they take the time to tell me what he did, who he played with, and how his day went. That level of communication means a lot to me. They also do the sweetest activities with the dogs. For Christmas, Ragnar made me a stocking with his paw print. The only place I trust to board my dogs! They are so attentive and provide so many options to make my dogs more comfortable during their stay. They go above and beyond to make me as the dog parent comfortable that my dogs will be more than well taken care of. They send the cutest pictures of my dogs while I’m away and send them home with a report card so I know how my dogs did and what they enjoyed. We always opt for cuddle time and let the staff pick an extra activity like a nature walk or extra play time. We drive 40 minutes to take our dogs here because it’s beyond worth it!!

I am a very busy active military Soldier with an even more busy 2 year old Great Pyrenees. Outside of family.. it has been rough finding a place to tend to my very reactive, strong willed, independent thinker… but very sweet baby boy. I needed a place I could trust when I am away. I called and scheduled an orientation. Perfect Pet Resort exceeded my expectations! The facility is clean and does NOT smell like a pet store. Beautiful lobby. The staff is inviting and friendly.. Also knowledgeable. I left my 100 pound baby there for the day and by lunchtime.. I had a text message about how well he was doing. It was evident that the staff had gotten to know my big baby. I love Perfect Pet Resorot! I have a 5 year old, 110 lb Rotti female who’s been going there all her life and she loves it too! Every interaction I’ve ever had with all staff member is so pleasant and helpful. My girl jumps out of the truck to go in when we pull up, and she is usually DIFFICULT to separate from me!

I stumbled upon the Perfect Pet Resort and they were able to accommodate and schedule my kitten for a next day lodging. She stayed for three days and came back home tired but happy. I know she appreciated all the love and attention from the staff and she immediately felt comfortable and curious when we walked inside. Completely clean facility and accessible parking and location. I appreciated how friendly everyone was and the fact that I could see my kitten getting acquainted before leaving eased some of my stress and worries. I know i'll bring her here next time too. She made friends with other cats and played with them during her stay too.
