Hello Jen, I’m writing to express my disappointment with how my recent appointments were handled. My groomer initially canceled due to snow, which I completely understood. I was then told that I could switch groomers, and when I said I would like to do that, you called and told me I could not switch because it might cause my dog anxiety. My dog has been coming to your salon for over three years, so I found that explanation confusing and unfair. As his owner, I believe I should be able to choose who grooms my dog. On top of that, after being canceled on twice, I was given a Sunday appointment and later told that the appointment wasn’t even on the books. That was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. EXCEPTIONAL Grooming Jen and her team at Perfect Paws are phenomenal. It is very evident the team loves what they do. They are kind and caring, very patient with the animals and owners.The facility is immaculate, they have amazing communication, and they do phenomenal grooming. When your dog runs in the door that says something. They are very accommodating with scheduling and very professional in all they do. Would highly recommend them.

My dog Max loves coming here ( ya whatever you say daddy) The groomers are fantastic, friendly,polite,They are also great about my schedule to get him in once a month

Love that they accept walk ins. They always do a great job trimming my dogs nails and I know she isn't the easiest. Usually pretty quick too.

Just an Observation 30 Local Business Shout Out Monday, August 26, 2024 Perfect Paws for My Imperfect Dog: I adopted Webster after he was abondoned at a dilapidated trailer park in the town that inspired his namesake. He seemed depressed, and was non-responsive unless he felt threatened and then he would bite with a devastating force when his two previous groomers would attempt to groom his matted face, body and all four paws. He is still feisty, but his friends at Perfect Paws have demonstrated that he can clean up right nice with their help.
