Dr.Gravatti and crew have been an essential part of our rabbits lives, for over 9yrs. They treat our fur-buns as their own. I am beyond satisfied with their services, abilities, and compassion provided. I cannot recommend them enough for your exotics. Don’t wait for an emergency to have your pet a doctor. As a part of a healthy life, they need checkups throughout. Here’s to healthy pets and the ones whom love them!

Dr. Gravatte and his team are amazing! I struggled finding a vet in my area that treated bunnies and I am so happy that I received the recommendation from another vet to see this practice. Unfortunately, my bunny had been having issues with her foot that turned out to be bone cancer. The doctor and his tech delivered the bad news with grace and compassion. He answered all of my questions honestly but tactfully. He gave me the option of medicating her but explained to me the signs that I needed to be aware of that would signal to me that it is time to let her go. The medication he prescribed has improved her quality of life vastly and has bought me a little more precious time with my best friend. His tech calls everyday to check in on her. And she calls my Jazzy "girlfriend" and "sweetheart

I brought my giant day gecko to Penny Royal on October 31st after she ingested a small amount of insulation foam. I clearly warned the veterinarian that my gecko does not tolerate handling well. Despite this, he repeatedly lost her in the exam room and handled her very roughly—at one point squeezing her so tightly I saw her gasp for air. He even grabbed her by the tail, causing it to detach, and did absolutely nothing to address it. I was in tears watching how carelessly she was treated. He tossed both my gecko and her dropped tail into the carrier without any concern or explanation, and did not offer any treatment for the potential toxin she had ingested. When I spoke with the front desk afterward, they also dismissed my concerns and even tried to touch her despite my clear request not

Every visit to this clinic has been great for me. The staff are consistently kind and professional. I’m very grateful to have such a knowledgeable exotic vet in Lexington, they are hard to come by!

A wonderful vet clinic with nice, caring employees. I, along with my kiddo, brought our hamster Ooshie in as a new patient for a check up to see if there was anything we could do to help her with some of her discomfort (she is 3 years old, and is just living out her geriatric days) and we were given the right stuff to help get her perked back up and put a little more weight back on to her. They even called the next day to check up on her and see how she was doing. Their prices are very reasonable ($74 for an exam and her nutrient supplement powder -which will last for the foreseeable future-). I couldn’t be happier with my experience! And as long as our little furry girl hangs on, we will remain loyal customers! Thank you so much for taking the time to give some relief to our pet, and for
