I cannot recommend VWC enough. I drive an hour and a half to get here and it’s worth every second! I struggled with finding a reliable vet when I first moved to KY and after a few undesirable experiences at a previous vet, I decided to take a chance and try out VWC and it was the best decision I could’ve made! My dogs can be quite dramatic and sensitive, but at VWC they literally pull me through the door and behind the desk to see the wonderful front desk ladies who have spoiled them rotten with love and cookies from the very first time we set foot in the building. The vets are all so incredibly kind and patient with my goofy mutts and are always very attentive to their needs and proper care. I always recommend Dr Johnson and Dr Richardson to anyone seeking veterinary care! They are both wonderful veterinarians and wonderful people! They truly care about their clients and furry patients and are extremely dedicated to providing the best care for them. They provided excellent care for my police K9, Loki and I attribute his lengthy career and long life to their dedication and commitment to him. Dr Johnson, Dr Richardson and Dr Bruns provide wonderful care to my family pets, as well. I wouldn’t entrust my animals to anyone else!

The best. VWC is the only place I ever took my greyhound in the ten years I had her. They took incredible care of her, from regular check-ups to emergencies and just about everything in between. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Richardson were always kind, honest, and compassionate, and they were able to find the best options for her within VWC's extensive toolbox (the hyperbaric chamber was especially cool). Bottom line: I always felt like I had a whole team of smart, kind people who loved my dog as much as I did. You can't ask for more.
