Everyone was incredibly friendly and personable, and the first visit I had I was really impressed by both the tech and Dr. I've never seen anyone handle my dog so well, and make my dog feel comfortable (and I've had many over the years). And dealing with his illness they have been straightforward, but also incredibly kind and understanding. My dog is very sick and of course I am devastated and they have been as kind and understanding as possible. I appreciate them very much. They have been been very helpful with everything. I definitely recommend going here for whatever your 4 legged babies' needs!

Very happy to be making the switch to Penny Paws NRH. For years, I've been driving past their low-cost vaccine day and seeing how happy customers, staff, AND pets look. This experience led me to set up an appointment after I found the prices at our long-time vet had risen too high for our household to afford any more. The cost for a double appointment including exam, vaccines, hw preventative, etc was about the same as it would have been for 1 of my dogs. Not only are the prices more fair, the bedside manner is impeccable. Everyone made us feel so welcome at our first visit. Wish I'd made this switch years ago.

This was our first time bringing our sweet Lucy here for the vaccine clinic and the tech that administered the vaccines (I’m sorry I did not get your name) was so sweet and gentle with our new rescue puppy, both techs that were in the room actually were great. They were kind and very professional in answering our questions about which vaccines were needed. The entire staff was great. Thank you for making our first time experience amazing.

Great prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. 5/5. They were able to squeeze us in same day. We were very grateful just to be seen, but we were also in and out in less than two hours.

Penny Paws & it Crew are the very BEST! My parent loves how they take care of me and are so gentle and comfort me when I start to shake from being nervous. My favorite vet even sat on the floor with me - it was awesome how she cared! Paw five's from your truly, Freya Straham
