Pennsylvania SPCA Lancaster Center

Our adoption experience here was great! Email communication was fast and helpful. Our in-person visit was friendly and not at all rushed. It was clear that this center had done a lot for our pup since she got there. Now that she's home with us, the staff contacts us regularly to see how she's doing. And she's doing really well! She's a sweetheart.

Im very happy with Lancaster's location of the PA SPCA. We had reached out about a particular puppers on their website. They were very quick to respond and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The visiting area was clean and free from debris. They gave us a goody bag with food, toys and treats. The resource folder had all of the dogs information.

We took Hamilton home Friday at dinner time. He settled right in. He plays with us and his toys. Saturday noon he scooted out the door when my husband went for the mail. He ran down the hill across the tracks and into the neighbors field. It was 7 degrees. After searching for 45 minutes we came home to find him waiting in the front yard. Since then all he wants is cuddles. We already love him more than we can say. So glad we chose to adopt here. Your staff was wonderful. You should give them name pins so we could thank them personally

Did not know you could take a dog for an outing!!! We had an amazing time spending time with one of the dogs!! They had a backpack with supplies for the dog for us to take. We had a dog for an afternoon and took her for a hike and enjoyed several hours of play with her! The.staff was amazing and you could tell they love the dogs!

Just adopted our pup here. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have the best interest of these pets. The adoption process was not difficult in person. The online was more challenging. We are so happy to have found our new family member. We are in love.
