We are incredibly grateful for the services and outstanding customer care that Star and Peewee’s provide us. Their support has been instrumental in helping us continue our spay and neuter efforts. We are especially thankful for Connie, who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that all of our appointments are scheduled properly and efficiently. Would give 0 stars if possible. Hardly ever answer the phone. The lady who answered is definitely divorced and unhappy with her life. Said she’ll call back once the app is reviewed, but doesn’t. I followed up and was met with “we’re not accepting applications at this time, because we have dozens.” Absolutely ridiculous. This place should be shut down. What a let down for people actually trying to rescue animals. They make it impossible.

Oh my gosh, I’m so impressed. What a great sanctuary for dogs that need help.. I visited Maddie‘s Clinic on Monday to get vaccines for a stray that I rescued on Saturday as I couldn’t find a Vet office that had any appointments. Incredible prices, friendly staff. What a great compound. I didn’t realize we had this out in Corpus Christi! Top notch veterinary services available for people that need low-cost vaccines and spay/ neuter services as well as low cost flea/tick and heartworm protection for you K9 or feline furever friends! They do an amazing job to rescue strays rehabilitate, and rehome. Please donate what you can.

When I arrived with Coco, an elderly Chihuahua who had been dumped by my house. Ernie was there to greet us. She looked her over and was so nice with helping me and little Coco. Peewees is an amazing no kill shelter and I am incredibly grateful for their help. I have just read some awful reviews about the Lady. I’m disturbed and mortified by these negative responses about such a caring and dedicated person. She was nothing but gracious and accepting of the little old Chihuahua that had been used as a baby factory before being dumped on the side of the road alone! Bless her and everyone at Peewees for taking care of these beautiful babies that want nothing more than to love us. The staff deserves our praise for all the hard work they do.
