Virginia took great care of my sometimes reactive Pekingese during grooming. The set up of the facility helps maintain the calmness of the dogs. It was refreshing to not hear the dogs (from daycare) barking. My dog seems to really like Virginia and he was not whining or scurrying out of the place like he usually would. I’m so glad I found her and will be using her services regularly! Thank you so much!!

Virginia and Pawtopia are great. She gets my dog in and out in a reasonable time and he comes out looking great every time. She really tries to schedule her clients so that your dog is there just the right amount of time. We are very happy.

The former groomer was fantastic at this location but she moved; both talented and nice. I decided to give the new owner a try and went to Pawwtopia; the results on my poodles were not that great. I decided to try Petco next and the results were even worse. Since it’s conveniently located, I thought I’d give Pawwtopia a second try. I called to make an appointment and the lady remembered who I was and questioned me rudely on why it had been so long since their last appointment. I explained that they had been to Petco as I needed a last-minute appointment though I didn’t think it was fair I had to explain. She was so rude, it prompted me to say they don’t want my business. Very disappointing. As a result, my review is going to be that final 1 star.

Noodles has been going to PDDC since she was 10 weeks old! She is now 12yrs old. She loves going there!
