I would like to say a big thank you to Janelle for taking Tina on as a client. She has done my other past golden retrievers in the past year years.. I took Tino to a nearby groomer, which cost me a lot of money to get him groomed and then, after the fact, he got some cuts in his bottom part of his body from a non-experienced dog groomer which scared him . He’s so afraid of the groomer that I actually had to go to his vet to get him medication to relieve his anxiety. Best news of the story is number one. I called Janelle. She got me right in first thing in the morning 6:30 in the morning. She did a fabulous job. He looks fantastic. He was so happy. He was kissing, smiling wagon his tail he almost didn’t wanna leave the shop so I do want to say thank you to Janelle for taking her time and

Outstanding service! I’ve taken my golden retriever to a few different groomers in the past, and each time, he couldn’t wait to leave—he’d practically drag me back to the car. That all changed when we found Janell. He’s been seeing her every 6–7 weeks for the past few years, and now, when we pull into the parking lot, he lights up with excitement! Janell does an incredible job—he always looks fantastic after a visit to Pawwsitively Clean. Her skill, care, and genuine love for animals truly set her apart. You can see it in how happy my pup is to see her. Janell is simply the best in her field! I have zero worries leaving my dog with her for his spa time!!

Amazing. My dogs do not like the groomer but they made themselves right at home! I was able to bring them both on a Saturday. One of my dogs is a little difficult but they handled him with no issues. Plus they looked super cute!

This review is long overdue! Janelle is amazing with every dog, including mine! I have been taking Rainier to her for last 2.5 years now. What I love about her and this place is that she doesn’t take all dogs at the same time and keeping them for 6+ hours (yes, I have been to many groomers in last 5 years) and she is fast and efficient- Rainier is out within 1.5 hrs max looking dapper every time 💖

Janelle and Mackenzy are wonderful. They are extremely patient and loving with the dogs and their humans. Our girl always come home clean and smelling so good! Highly recommend this place 🐶
