Pawtastic Spa & Resort

We have a 3 year old black poodle named Edie and After a couple of years at another groomer where my dog’s grooming was consistently not done well, I decided to try this place—and I’m so glad I did. The difference was night and day. The staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and gentle with my dog, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals they work with. They took their time and did an amazing job—by far the best grooming experience we’ve ever had. I finally feel confident leaving my dog in their care. We will absolutely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who truly goes above and beyond.

Im not gonna tell you to not take your dog to Pawtastic Spa & Resort. But I definitely do not recommend. The first 2 pictures are after Milo’s last grooming appointment. He’s just recently moved with me so his old groomers are too far from me. I decided to try a new one based on the glowing reviews. Which is why I’ve added pictures so someone else can make an informed decision. I wasn’t charged for the service and received several heartfelt and nervous apologies. I still decided to share because as Milo’s hair grows out, I can see just how bad a job was done on him. He’s uneven everywhere, some spots are not cut at all and he has a scab on the back of his head. It’s gonna take a really long time to get him back to his normal look. So I’m not gonna say don’t go. I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! I texted to schedule a nail appointment and received a response within 10 minutes, with availability to bring my pup in about an hour later! sSo impressive and convenient! From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Alyssa worked on my pup and was both calm and efficient, even though my dog is quite skittish. Her knowledge and confidence were so reassuring, and it made perfect sense when she shared that she’s also a vet tech. You can truly tell she knows what she’s doing! What made this experience even more special was discovering that this is a Christian, faith-based company. Definitely recommend this place, the staff is awesome and the owner Alyssa is very kind and trustworthy. People constantly tell me how soft and shiny my dog's coat is and it's because of how well pawtasitic takes care of him.

Caesars first experience at this groomer and it went great with no hiccups. They were very understanding of my very timid dog and treated him extremely well. Really nice people and great service with great prices, highly recommend!
