I had such a wonderful experience using their d.i.y. doggie baths. The staff were friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I explained to them that I had a reactive fur baby so they made sure that the lobby was empty before and after I gave my Lola a bath. I took my own towels and shampoo but they provide all of those accommodations as well. We will definitely go back! It was affordable and worth every penny!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Vega and the entire staff at County Line. When my dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis, I was scared and overwhelmed, but from the very first phone call, the team made us feel supported and cared for every step of the way. Dr. Vega is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely compassionate. He took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment plan in detail, answered all of my questions patiently, and treated my dog with such kindness and gentleness. It's clear he truly loves what he does. The entire staff was just as amazing—warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals. My cat passed and I took her here to be cremated. The staff was pleasant and sympathetic, but I paid to have my cats paw prints done and when I received the prints, it wasn't my cat's prints. The prints had nails in them, when a cat passes their nails retract. My cat was a plump cat and her left paw was swollen due to an injury but the paw prints were tiny. It's heartbreaking enough to lose my cat, but it hurts to have some other animals paw prints and not my cat's.

I went to adopt a cat and I was told by the lady at the front desk that no one else applied for him and then the next day I got a call that he was adopted by one of there employees and that they couldn't do nothing about it I will never go there again
