PawTails Grooming

I loved Kennedy! She was amazing with our dog who can’t go to the groomer. A bit unreliable to show up exactly for appointments at specified time but I knew my dog was in good hands and worked from home so I didn’t mind. (We used her in triangle area) she then moved to CLT. She would come back frequently and we would continue to use her. We had a schedule appt and she said she needed to move it to the next day, so we moved it, she moved it again, and then when I asked for confirmation that she could make the third time she said she was in CLT but was heading to us to groom just our dog (didn’t have any other bookings). I asked for a refund cause I had already paid and still don’t have it. Do I trust her to groom your dogs and take care of your animals - yes! Do I trust her to show on ti

Amazing!!! Kennedy first came to meet Pepper (our Cane Corso)for familiarity. Pepper was comfortable from the start. When she was done, Pepper was clean, nails trimmed and her tail was wagging from clean happiness. Looking forward to keeping Kennedy around a long time! You won't be disappointed!
