From the moment I connected with Raina I knew she would be a good fit. I reached out to her based on reviews and I am so glad I did. My trip was over 2 months out but Raina came by to meet my dog and get a sense of whether this would be a good fit for both of us. When it came closer to my trip Raina reached out to confirm and to do a follow up visit so that my dog wouldn't be surprised when she came o stay with her. They again hit it off and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog. Raina followed up daily and sent me pictures which I really appreciated. I could tell she really cared and took great care of my dog. Raina is attentive, responsive, and reliable! She has taken care of our cats for several years and always makes me feel they are well cared for. She is very communicative before, during, and after taking care. We highly recommend her!

Raina works hard at befriending your pet, and they do become best friends in your absence. Raina did a house stay with my border collie on relatively short notice and kept to Shim's schedule as much as the weather allowed. She left the house clean and even alerted me to a plumbing problem that I fixed on returning home. Great pet/house sitter!

Raina is wonderful! When I first adopted RoxC, Raina would spend quality time with her while I was at work and helped RoxC adjust to her new life. Helped so much! She keeps you updated with notes and pictures. Raina is calm, kind, reliable, and just an all around good person. She knows how to connect with RoxC and gives off a loving energy. She is respectful of your preferences and is intuitive with pets. Highly recommend! RoxC adores her and always remembers Raina no matter how much time has passed.
