PAWS Shelter of Central Texas - Dripping Springs Campus

We just started volunteering here a few weeks ago. Staff is wonderful, facility is super clean, and the animals look healthy and happy. Here’s a few pups we’ve walked. Call PAWS in Dripping Springs to visit and adopt!

I adopted my sweet boy back in April. It seems like they really love these animals and I appreciate their honesty about my boy's health history. He had contracted parvo at a municipal shelter before PAWS took him in and nursed him back to health. He is so big and strong now because they took care of him when he was tiny and sick. I would definitely recommend for anyone seeking a furry new friend!

Not really a good adoption experience here. It's well known that you don't chastise adopting families if an adoption doesn't work out. My elderly mom adopted a sweet young cat that ended up having extensive undisclosed medical issues. She brought the cat back after two weeks to learn that she was adopted out multiple times before. One particular employee decided to give my mom extensive beratement about having to bring the animal back. That employee then blacklisted her at paws shelters. She adopted a lovely adolescent cat from another shelter and had an awesome experience. Shelters do good work, but this location is mismanaged on the adoption process. Officially adopted our forever doggy today! Staff here are GREAT! Super nice and clean facility. They gave me a crate, dog mat/bed, half gallon size bag of dog food, leash/harness, and a few toys to take home for him. Definitely recommend them and seeing if they have the right cat/dog for you.

Wonderful place and such caring personnel. So clean, and they take care to make sure their animals go to loving forever homes.
