Paws On Fifth Grooming

Fine on grooming. Horrific on scheduling and communication. We had tried to make an appointment for our doodle for 2 months and kept getting pushed. Come the morning of the grooming the groomer messaged us to cancel. Not worth the time or effort. Plenty of other mobile groomers who value their customers.

Took my dog in for a trim and a bath. I was told 3 to 4 hours. At four hours I called and let her know I was on my way, and she was gonna call me back after she found out if the groomer on duty was done but I never got a call back so I showed up and my dog was still on the table and had not been groomed yet. I was told it would be another 30 minutes, when I showed back up she let me know that his paws were only half done and he was still wet and when I got home I realized that his underbelly had not been done at all. There was a lot of miscommunication. I will not be returning.

Great service and grooming of my Border Collie! She was happy and looked gorgeous when I picked her up. Will definitely use Paws on 5th again.

I enjoyed hospitality, but I got misquoted for my appointment. Went ahead and went through with service due to traveling 2hrs for the appointment, after picking up my dog he is still shedding and his nails aren't cut, even though I paid for it. Was not worth the money I spent.

I was happy with the grooming of my Goldendoodle and Bernedoodle. She did a great job. I will return when they need their next groom. Thank you!
