Ashley' Groom Room

We are so happy to have discovered Ashley! Our dog “Prince” loves her and her groom room. He starts barking with excitement when he knows where he is. She’s great with the animals, and will do her best to accommodate to your schedule and needs. If you go there once, she will remember you the second time—and remember your pet’s name. The location is convenient with access onto the main road directly out front. Try Ashley—your pet will love the experience.

I don’t recommend that anybody go to Ashley’s pet grooming in Granite Shoals to have their pet groomed. I took my sweet little girl and for the very first time to Ashley because my normal groomer was unavailable. My little girl is a Shih Tzu that should’ve had a Shih Tzu cut, she has very sensitive skin and I clearly instructed on how to cut her underneath so that she did not have razor burn on the inside of her legs and stomach. Not following the direction, my little girl is absolutely raw in those areas becoming infected I now had a vet bill on top of paying $60 + a $5 tip! The hair cut that she got was very choppy. I had long clumpy hair on her legs and her face. Her ears were trimmed, totally uneven, and I can keep going on about this haircut that my little girl got. She supposedly was

I took both my dogs to Ashley's after having a poor experience up the way where one of my dogs would receive a C- for her behavior to the point they didn't want to see her anymore. Ashely did a wonderful job with both my dogs, I now believe the groomer has a lot to do with a dogs behavior on the grooming table. Both my dogs look great and came home happy.

I am not usually one to write reviews, however I just had to share my multiple experiences with Ashley's Groom Room. I have been taking my baby Shih Tzu to Ashley's since he was 12 weeks old and he is about to turn 3 in February. She has always done an amazing job in not only grooming him but also loving him and making him feel calm with her. She has always listened to our requests for his grooming and does everything she can to get it right everytime. It amazes me how some people have so much time on their hands and they choose to spend that time writing hateful reviews about small businesses who need as many customers as they can get. Ashley was kind, caring, professional & did an amazing job. I didn't remember to ask her to check the ears but I should have known she'd take care of it. She's also more reasonably priced than others in the area. I'll definitely be back.
