Paws of Hope

We’ve been bringing our standard poodle here for the past month and couldn’t be happier! She always comes home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for and she’s excited every single morning to be dropped off. The staff communicates very well, and we love seeing the photos they post throughout the day. They’ve been professional and attentive in every aspect of their service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and caring doggy daycare!

*Edited to add a photo of my dog’s now healing nail, and the text message showing that I did try to communicate with them* I won’t bring my dog here again. I was told my dog did great during his nail trim while staying here, and that he only pulled away his back paws a little bit. When I looked at his nails at home, I noticed his quick had been cut on a front paw. Failure to disclose an injury is bad enough, but lying about it is even worse. When I reached out about this, I was not given a response. Communication skills are lacking here in general, and I did not appreciate being talked over while voicing concerns about my dog’s allergies and history of escaping enclosures. If I could give 'Aunt' Amy and 'Uncle' John 10/5 stars I would! Amy and John are the nicest, down to earth people you will ever meet and quickly felt like a part of the family! We send our two dogs to them when we go out of town and know they are in the best of hands! Amy is wonderful with communicating and paying attention to my dogs. Sending us updates throughout the day with photos of the pups. The dogs have the best of time with them and we know they are in great care. John and Amy provide a lot of services, including pick-up and drop-off, and nail trims! We've been very grateful for these services, having to schedule a last minute drop-off and appreciated them being so accommodating, it was worth every cent! Sophie just LOVES Amy and Paws of Hope. She wakes me up every weekday morning ready to go and comes home happy!! Her demeanor has definitely changed for the better. I'm so happy we chose this alternative to crating at home alone all day!!!

I really recommend Paws of Hope. They took such a good care of my four legs babies. One thing that really noticed was one of my dogs didn’t let any stranger pet him before. And now he will let other kids to pet him. 🤩 Wow he got more social. Thank you.
