⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience Do NOT Take Your Pets Here In the past, my uncle brought his cat here and the poor cat tragically died during the grooming process. I should have learned from that, but I decided to give this place a try for my dog and I deeply regret it. When I picked up my dog, I was horrified. They had cut my dog’s ear and also caused injury in the sanitary area. My dog came home miserable, in pain, and stressed. I tried calling back right away, but nobody answered. When I finally got through to the owner, she was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. The owner clearly has no patience, no compassion, and no professionalism. I`ve had my beautiful long hair Calico cat`s claws trimmed and an additional "Bikini treatment" trim and I`ve had a great experience with the friendly women at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Paws and claws went above and beyond for my Bella! Prices were great, communication was terrific and the service was phenomenal. Recommending all my family and friends to check them out.

Would not recommend! I went to drop my cat off, mind you, I was told they only take cats between 8-9 am and specifically asked how long a sanitary grooming would take. I was told no longer than a hour and a half on the phone.fast forward to this morning, at drop off. I’m talking to the young girl that works there, who was very nice, asking her what time I should expect to come get him and she tells me 2pm. I then explain to her that that time doesn’t work I have to be at work and was told no longer then a hour and a half, then the older woman chimes in, with her attitude, telling me no one that works there would ever tell me that time frame, he I’m lying about it.
