Paws Grooming Salon

We love bringing our dog to Nikki! We’ve used her services for years, she is always very accommodating about getting our boy in for an appointment, and is very efficient and thorough with his nail trims. We moved from Cotati to Santa Rosa 5 years ago and still make the drive down for his grooming.

Very rude I wouldn’t recommend or trust them with my animals with an attitude like that. They look like they hate their jobs probably need to find new ones Edit: you make no sense lady. You both were very aggressively rude! We came in to get information and nobody wanted to greet us and seemed like you both wanted us to leave. It lowkey seemed like discrimination.. How do you not trim a long haired dog? Isn’t that your job? Your business? LOL also there is no sign saying you aren’t taking any new clients… And you were very aggressive about it! Like I said you probably need a new career! If you want to keep being rude i can make 3 more and so can family and friends ( :

Great job on our dog with the body cut and the way they did the face. Very clean inside and the staff are friendy. Our dog smelled great when she came home. Only pic we have is after she went outside.

I came here for the first time today to get my dog’s nails trimmed. The staff were very friendly and even let me be with my dog for her nail trim to help keep her calm (which had never been offered from previous grooming salons). I thought the atmosphere and staff were very inviting and took really good care of my dog. The pricing for a nail trim is very reasonable unlike other places so I will be coming back here from now on. Thank you for the great experience and dog treats!

The lady’s are extremely rude I wouldn’t recommend. Terrible service
