Heidi was very nice! They did such a great job with my pup! I've gone a few times before for just a nail trim, and there was never a wait. This time I did a full service grooming, and so glad I did. The place was clean, and so was my pup in just an hour! Will definitely be back!

Went here for years with one dog and then 3 times with our 2nd. The 3rd time we took our dog in we had the time wrong- my son offered to take her home and bring her back but was told no it would be fine. I got a call from Ellen telling me Denali was early and they weren't expecting her. I apologized. Then she goes on to tell me how Denali doesn't get along with other dogs and she has gone after 3 dogs. I am shocked at this- Denali has never been aggressive (she goes to Dog Day Getaway at least once a week) and the last time she was groomed at Paws Appeal Ellen went on and on about how well behaved Denali was and how well she got along with other dogs. I asked if I needed to have someone to come get her- she said no and if I did I would still be charged. I said that was fine- I would let he

I brought my 2 dogs here for the first time today. I requested a full groom for my Chihuahua, and a bath/blow out/trim for my corgi. They groomed my chihuahua, and it was not done well. His hair is super choppy, his feet have bold lines from where they shaved his feet, and overall his haircut doesn’t look good. I assumed that in a “full groom” he would also get his nails trimmed? I assumed wrong. They wouldn’t even bathe my corgi because they “couldn’t get him into the tub and it is their philosophy to not push a dog”. So they just skipped him and didn’t do anything to him at all. First and last experience at this groomer.

Just started going here about 6 months ago - with our 3 dogs. Happy every time, especially with our newest puppy who is 8 months.

Advertising walk-in nail trims is a joke. Went in twice and was told they were too busy. Was also told we need to train our dog after a visit when they actually had time. He doesn't like his feet touched and they made him bleed. You'd think groomers would have experience with dogs like that. Never going back.
