Barbara and Joel's Dog Sitting LLC

We used their services for boarding our 6 mth old fur baby. They were wonderful with communication and updates. Chewie seemed to of had a great time playing with the family and fellow boarded friends. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Selfishly I don’t want to post a review! Barabara & Joel are a hidden gem! Struck gold here and don’t want to let the secret out! My pooch can’t do the big daycares and it feels so good to leave my precious fur baby with a loving family for the day. Dog people who get it! We had an amazing experience. We are new to the area and was nervous about finding a new place that is good with huskies. Joel really understands dogs, even harder breads like huskies! The dogs were made to feel at home. They do a good job slowly introducing their own dogs and making sure everyone is a good fit. Great set up that makes the dogs feel at home and allows ample outdoor time. Really glad I found this place. So much nicer than a traditional boarding kennel. We will be returning.

On short notice, I reached out to Barbara and Joel's Dog Sitting service for a two week sit, and they were super prompt with getting back to me and arranging a meet and greet before my trip. Crouton was immediately comfortable with Joel and Jill (one of their dogs), and I knew he was in good hands. During the sit, I received regular updates and pictures at the exact cadence I'd asked for and they even picked up some extra dog food for me when the food I provided ran out. Drop-off and pick-up logistics were super seamless and they were really flexible with the timing. Crouton came home happy and relaxed, so I know they took great care of him!

We have had great experiences boarding our dog Ellie with Joel and Barbara. She is blind and needs daily medication which they were more than happy to give her. Ellie is small, only 9 1/2 pounds, but gets along great with not only their dogs, but others that are also boarded there at the same time. They make sure to give us daily updates and pictures to let us know how she is doing , which we really appreciate.
