I loved Paws & Relax. They provided such excellent service. Blythe was wonderful with my cats as I was out of town for a week. She came over my house every day and took good care of my babies. She always sent me pictures of them and kept me posted. They loved her! Thank you Blythe! Thank you Paws & Relax!

Let me just start by saying, we would DEFINITELY recommend! This was our first time doing dog board and the owner as well as his staff made this experience 5 stars! They sent us pictures every day of our Scoutie and even sent texts with updates on how she was doing. When we dropped her off, the owner could tell I was nervous (I’m THAT dog-mom), anyway, he let us go back to where the kennels are and showed us around. The owner took time providing us with information about the facility and him, along with his staff were so personable and welcoming. I picked her up and she was perfectly perfect with nothing but a wagging tail on the way home! We will definitely be using their services again! I’m leaving this 2-star review due to the experience I had today. Up until now, I would have easily given Paws and Relax a 5-star rating. I’ve been taking my dog here for almost two years without any issues. I dropped him off this morning and shortly after received a text saying they couldn’t locate his shot records and therefore couldn’t groom him. Keep in mind he has been going all year and was groomed back in September. I was asked to come pick him up, and to make things more frustrating, the groomer had the appointment time wrong. When I arrived, the owner expressed concern that he was unable to find any records for my dog and handed me paperwork to start the entire process over again. However, at no point did he offer any solution or attempt to make the situation right. The groomer,

Bo was very kind and professional on the phone and Blythe and Logan did an excellent job taking care of our puppies while we were out of town. They sent pictures after every visit. Highly recommend their services we will certainly use them for any pet sitting needs we have in the future. Thank you!

My two fur babies recently boarded for 5 days. I was very nervous about leaving them; didn’t want my rescue to think he was being abandoned again lol. The staff at Paws and Relax made everything better by sending pictures and updates everyday. They were very prompt to answer any concerns I had. The facility was very clean and nice. My pups seemed happy and well taken care of when they got home. I will definitely be using them again when needed. Thank you Bo and Staff for making this fur baby momma feel at ease.
