I cannot say enough good things about Anita and Aubrey! They did an absolutely amazing job grooming my rescue dog, Bear, who is a Great Pyrenees. He was extremely matted and likely had never been professionally groomed in his life, so I was nervous he might need to be shaved it was so bad. They came to my house located in Lexington South Carolina in the van which made it super convenient. They treated Bear with so much patience, kindness, and care, and the transformation was incredible. I love the way they cut my boys body, low maintenance but not too short. However, I asked for his face to be cut like this first photo (one of my dogs previous grooms) and said we want the “Teddy Bear cut” just like this. The woman took a photo of it and tried her best! I will say though it is disappointing that I had to pay $72 for it when it clearly doesn’t match the photo. The bottom of his mouth was cut too short it seems to where it looks more like a round cut than square. Also, this is expensive considering I pay $50 at our normal groomer (who is currently preggers) and she gets him done in 2 hours with the same exact services they offer and she gives a 10-15 minute heads up on when he’s ready for pickup. Have been very happy with the services at Kristi’s! They don’t rush my pups grooming and she comes home smelling amazing and clean! They are great about cutting her nails and doing everything possible to make sure she is groomed properly. Customer service is great here as well!

I have had some really negative grooming experiences in the past. I am always nervous sending him to a new groomer because of that. I booked with Kristi’s because of their easy online booking service. I dropped him off a little after 8 and I had a message at 9:50 saying he was ready!! I am extremely impressed with their customer service skills, attention to detail, and true love for their clients!! Gunner didn’t want to leave! Not to mention this is by far the most cost effective and high quality groom he has ever received!! I already booked his appointment for next month.

Kristi's Fancy K-9's did a fabulous job on my Aunt's dog!! I explained that I was visiting from out of state and my Aunt's dog desperately needed to be groomed. They squeezed him in the next morning!! They were professional, polite, and did a wonderful job!! Upon picking him up, we asked if they could trim more off of his face, and they took him right back and did exactly what we asked! They even said that they'd put a note in his file for next time! Five stars!!!
