We had a great experience with this clinic and are so grateful for the care they gave our dog. We came in very worried, and the staff was calm, thorough, and compassionate. They explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed. What really stood out was how affordable and transparent the care was, even with diagnostics and medications. On top of that, the vet called the next day to follow up, which meant so much to us! Our dog is already doing much better. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for excellent, compassionate, and affordable veterinary care.

Paw 2 Help in Jupiter, Florida is an excellent veterinary clinic. The place is always very clean and well-organized, which gives me a lot of peace of mind every time I take my dog Luna. The atmosphere is super friendly, and you can tell they truly love animals. The staff is incredibly friendly, patient, and caring; they always treat Luna with so much attention and respect. Plus, their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide. I definitely recommend this place 100%. I always feel confident knowing Luna is in good hands.

Big FAT 0 stars for paws 2 help in jupiter. They very rarely answer their phones or emails. They do not like to respond to ANYTHING unless you are there . DR KATE can not read xrays, that is why there is an Xtra charge for the xray to be sent out to be read. She doesn't know how to address more than 1 issue and makes you choose to address only 1 problem !!! This last visit was my last! And the visit before that she would not watch a video of my dog coughing, nor listen to her heart. Said she was panting too much. Boy been there for 2 hours , My dog is stressed and possibly has a heart issue. Thank God for Dr Mcfield who diagnosed her. I can’t say enough good things about this facility. Everyone here genuinely cares about you and your pet. Unfortunately we had to euthanize one of our dogs and they had so much compassion and kindness for us, making the transition a little easier for our family. The prices are also very fair. 10/10

UNTRUSTWORTHY AND CHARGED ME FOR A SERVICE THAT WASN’T DONE. My experience started well with the receptionist being great and having an obvious love for animals when she took my kitten out and weighed her. After that, it was downhill. This place is untrustworthy and charged me for a service (eye staining) that wasn’t even rendered. I used to be a vet tech, so I know you can obviously tell when eye staining has been done because of the fluorescent green liquid left behind. Not only that, but my kitten’s eyes were completely dry and even had the sleep on it that she came in with. I saw the charge for this service on the bill and asked if it was done because when she gave me back my pet, she said the doctor wasn’t able to do the stain due to her temperament.
