This is such a great little store, the staff are very caring about you and your pet. Huge selection for your pet, cat and dogs.Its fun to be able to shop and always find what you are looking for.

This is the best place in all of Spokane for any and all pet needs. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met. The staff are warm and welcoming people that are incredibly friendly and helpful. The quality of the products carried are of the highest nature with prices comparable or lower to big chain stores. It is a joy every time we go to Pawpular.

I walked in, no one greeted me. There were 2 people at the register and another helping a customer. The layout of the store is chaotic and after wandering thru aisle after aisle of dry dog food, I found the small 5 feet section of cat food. The website does not state all the food is soy-free so I spent a few minutes reading labels before picking a few cans for my cat to try. When I got to the register, one of the women there whined that I had taken a very long time. I told her I was reading the labels and she repeated that I had been in the store too long. Too long - I entered the store, found the food, got 4 cans and paid. It took all of 10 minutes. 2 other customers were in there before I arrived and both were still there after I left. I will never shop anyplace else for my pet needs. The owners are so knowledgeable and helpful. They get to know you, your animals, and their needs. They sell to you based off of your needs, not based off what will make them the most money. I have always believed in keeping it local but with Pawpular Companions, you get so much more.
