Legacy Animal Medical Center

We had our first visit to establish care and it went smoothly. From scheduling to checking out. The staff were very friendly. Dr Megan was so good with our dog. The vet tech and the Dr were able to answer all our questions. We are happy to have found a nice clean clinic who seems to care what we have to say and about our fur baby. I would leave 5 stars but we haven’t been more than this onetime Andi feel it takes longer to establish a true opinion.

My cat desperately needed his teeth cleaned, and I’ve always been nervous about him going under anesthesia. Kamaya was the one who walked me through everything, and she truly is one of the best veterinarian professionals I have ever met. She was incredibly passionate about what she does, and so so kind. She could tell I was nervous when we started talking about him being under anesthesia, and she gave me a big hug and reassured me that their team will be monitoring him completely. The rest of the staff has also been very sweet throughout this entire process. Also, my cats teeth look AMAZING. They took great care of my cat, but also of me as a worried pet owner. I definitely recommend taking your fur babies here!!

Terrible. Vets were good even though it was short staffed and felt rushed, BUT the office manager Amanda and front desk staff completely suck. Tried to get this billing issue handled at the time of appointment / in office but the front desk gal was far from helpful and let me know I would eventually get a call from the “Office Manager”, Amanda. When they call to discuss any issue, YOU WILL TALK IN CIRCLES. Amanda started with “what’s the issue” even though she had pictures, texts and a full email discussing my issue. She sounds rude, unprofessional, gives off “I’m right, you’re wrong” vibes even though they admitted many times it was a miscommunication / misinformation given on their end. I didn’t want a full refund, maybe a discount for the lack of communication on pricing SEVERAL times.

I have a bird, and they were one of the few places in my area who advertised as also having an avian vet. There were plenty of openings for me to choose from when booking the appointment, not a long wait to be seen, and they handled my conure very well (if you have one, you know that they can be quite temperamental, especially in a new environment). He did great! He warmed up to the tech immediately ☺️. Overall very good experience!

Recently switched to this vet and have been truly impressed with their services! Dr.Brown has been phenomenal with my puppy, and took the time to listen to my concerns and investigate with my other dog’s subtle changes. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable, and their bedside manner is fantastic. :)
