Paw Zone Mobile - Dogs & Cats

Was looking for a new Groomer for my little Carmella and found Paw Zone Mobile! They did an excellent job and I couldn’t be happier. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy groomer!

I’ve always received excellent grooming service from this company. I needed my dog groomed before the holidays, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in for an appointment. Thanks to them, we were able to make it to our family holiday gatherings with our dog freshly bathed and beautifully groomed. The groomer was so kind and friendly and took great care of our dog. Highly recommended!

I’ve used Paw Zone Mobile several times in the past without issue, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I was booked for a morning appointment and took time off work to make sure I was available. While I was working the evening before (and unable to be on my phone), they sent a confirmation request and then canceled my appointment shortly after because I did not “immediately” respond. In my prior bookings, I was never told that failure to confirm would result in cancellation. There was no grace period or understanding that clients may be working and unable to respond right away. Canceling a confirmed appointment with such short notice, especially for a morning time slot is extremely inconvenient and shows a lack of consideration for customers’ time. Very disappointed.

My calico cat looks amazing and feels very clean. Thank you guys again for coming to my house and groom my cat.
