The whole team at Paw Springs is amazing — from the front desk to the techs to the veterinarian. Every visit feels welcoming and genuine. They always take such great care of my girl Nami, and you can really see how much they love and care for the animals they work with. It’s comforting knowing she’s in such good hands. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warmth and made me feel completely at ease. They were friendly, patient, and made the check-in process so smooth. The vet techs were amazing with my puppy—gentle, caring, and you can tell they truly love what they do. They took the time to answer all my questions and treated my puppy like their own. The doctors are absolutely outstanding. They explained everything clearly, gave us thoughtful care, and made sure both me and my puppy felt comfortable the entire time. You can really feel the compassion and dedication from the whole team. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Dr.Shalini and Kerry were phenomenal!!!! I have two cats and they both have flight or fight responses. Unfortunately, the one who picks fight really fights. She needed an updated rabies vaccine in order for me to move into my new apartment. I tried to take her to two different vaccine clinics but they were not able to administer the vaccine due to her temperament. I was given Paw Springs as a recommendation and was able to get in that same day! I warned them before that my cat is very reactive and will put up a mean fight because she’s terrified. They were SO patient with her and did everything on Corkys (my cat) terms. They took so much time to make sure she was comfortable, sat on the ground and played with her and everything! This is not my regular vet but I came in here with my dog when I was having an emergency and my regular vet was booked. They were so kind and helpful- Marina, the vet tech made us feel super comfortable and we were helped quickly as my dog was struggling with vomiting. She was attentive and great at listening. They were great with communication and the vet was fantastic as well. I came back a second time to have a stray dog scanned for a microchip and the staff is so caring and empathetic. Thank you!

Paw Springs is amazing. Not only did they see my dog as a new patient on the same day we called, but they treated her and my family with amazing support and charisma. The whole staff is professional and friendly. The care given to my fur baby was top notch. Everything was explained well and we were given options for treatment including options at the lowest cost possible. My Lana girl, although 11 years old, is my baby and my heart.
