Great job. Denise and Katlyn take there time to understand Winston and the Owner's wishes. We will be back when it's time to trim this magical fur. For now we asked that it be left long.

I have been to a couple different groomers like Petco and Pet Smart. But they could never compare to the job they did on my dog Stella. Down to the detail she was beautifully groomed. Very even cut and super soft. They even put a little sunflower bandana on her which was a cuteness overload! I was very pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable. I paid more at the chain stores that didn’t even do half as good a job. Definitely my new groomer. Highly recommend!

I brought my 170lb great dane/mastiff mix here for the first time after picking him up from the last groomers where he wasn’t wagging his tale as soon as he saw me. As soon we arrived at Paw Prints they were so happy to see us and my baby, Gus, was so happy to be there. I was so relieved! Denise said she would call if they needed me or when Gus was finished. When I arrived to pick Gus up, I was shocked to see him laying in the front room with the Denise just hanging out and not crated! As soon as I walked in Gus was so happy to see me and laid right back down. I knew we found our new groomers! This place is amazing! A little hidden gem tucked in the back of a mini strip mall. I was searching for dog groomers in West Haven and came across this one on Facebook. I'm so glad I did. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They asked lots of questions on how i wanted my cockapoo groomed,and when i picked him up it was better than what i expected. Very reasonable pricing. Now i know why they have a 5 star rating.

I went today with my fur baby in much need of a bath and then some.. these ladies were so nice and so patient. It took them 7 hours to make my baby beautiful. And beautiful she is, when i went to get her she was sleeping soundly and clean and they did everything i asked. I could not be happier!!! Thanks girls!! Good job!!!
