I brought my 3-month-old puppy in for his first vaccines today and had a great experience. When I first arrived I was a little nervous and had several questions about pricing and the differences between the vaccines, but the staff and Dr. took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Saleh was kind, patient, and great with my puppy. The whole visit felt welcoming and professional. I really appreciated how all my questions were answered without feeling rushed. My 3yr old cat went in for vaccines. I really appreciated the care of my cat by both the doctor and tech. They were informative, direct with instructions and gave some great advice to my daughter after a little scare she recently had with our cat. She left the visit understanding how to correct behaviors. My cat was well handled throughout the entire time. I appreciate vets like this because there's no gimmicky games. Thank you so much!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and careless. It took them months to send me my dog’s vaccine records, and at one point they even claimed he’d never received any, which was completely false. Today I called again, and a woman answered. She asked me to hold for a moment because she was currently drawing blood from a patient while also answering phone calls, which I found concerning and unsafe. The man who usually answers the phone is consistently rude and dismissive. If you truly care about your pets, I strongly recommend taking them elsewhere.

Our relationship with Dr. Saleh started smack in the middle of the pandemic when no vets were taking animals in or there was an enormous wait for vet care. My beloved cat Paul had swelling to his face. I was sure it was a bad tooth. We had just moved to West Haven from Greenwich. I called Vet after vet 2 weeks or more for an appointment. I called Angel vet and got Mrs. Saleh on the phone. Explained what was wrong started bawling convinced this was the end of our Paul. She made room for Paul THAT DAY! It turned out to be an inflamed scratch inside his mouth. A round of antibiotics and he was good to go. Some people in reviews have commented that Dr. Saleh does not have good bedside manner. This is the worst place to take your pet. The old man and tech lady treated my cat really bad… he diagnosed my cat with urinary problem without touching him. He refused to treat my cat unless I paid him $1,500 dollars to start he said. I brought him in because that morning he vomited two times and he was a little down. I made an appt in this clinic for 4:45 later that day, but I noticed that he was back to normal, but I figured that it was good idea if the vet examined him. He’s completely fine. I wonder what would’ve happened to my cat if i decided to go along with that missed diagnosis from that vet.
