Joshua was absolutely amazing with my Rollie Pollie! When I dropped her off, she was so scared and had her little tail tucked in. I was honestly worried. But when I received her grooming picture, she looked SO happy and was literally smiling! 🥹 You can tell he made her feel safe and comfortable. Not only did she look beautiful, but her whole demeanor changed. That means everything to me as a dog mom. We’re so thankful for Joshua and highly recommend him! 💛 Also, the reception was very sweet and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and reassuring. Such a great team overall!

I have been to many different groomers around Harlingen and Brownsville. I have a West highland terrier and up until now they just couldn’t get him cut right. He looks so handsome. The staff is so friendly and listened to my concerns. They were very quick so he didn’t have to stay there all day. I’m just so impressed with this place!

Nice people. They did a great job with our miniature poodle. Unfortunately when we got a rescue miniature poodle they wouldn't accept her for grooming because her immunization records were on the rescue organization letter head not the veterinarian letter head. The form we have even has the little stickers off the immunization syringe with the manufacturer and lot number. The lady said people can forge shot records. I don't think anybody is going to the trouble of forging those little lot number stickers. And they could have called the veterinarian to confirm. Anyway we stopped using their service and went to another groomer a half mile away that will accept our immunization records.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I took my 15-year-old senior dog in for a grooming appointment, and the entire experience was beyond disappointing. They charged a ridiculous $91, claiming it was because she was “aggressive.” Really? She’s a tiny, elderly dog with no teeth—and she also has a trachea issue. How aggressive could she possibly be? No other groomer has ever charged extra or made a big deal after being informed of her condition. To make matters worse, the haircut she received was awful. It looked like someone just hacked away at her fur with no care or skill. Her coat was completely uneven, with some areas noticeably longer than others. It was one of the worst grooming jobs I’ve ever seen. My poor girl deserved so much better, especially at her age. N

Staff is very friendly & love pets. They treated our girl, Blue, very well. She came out looking & smelling great! We will definitely be coming back 😊
