So happy with the help I received from associate Ada in San Benito. I went in looking for a specific sweater, during my lunch break, and she assisted me in looking for it. I had to return to work before she could find it so I left my name and # with another associate, April. Returned after work and once again Ada assisted me and let me know the shipment had just arrived but she would hold the sweater for me and I could come the next day for it. I let her know I really really wanted it. She assured me she would put it on hold for me. Next day on my lunch break there was my sweater waiting for me. April recognized me right away lol. I purchased my sweater and as I was walking out, Ada was returning from her lunch break and I was able to thank her. They didn’t have to go the extra mile b

Amanda was extremely helpful. We had purchased a five burner, even embers griddle from weslaco that came damaged. We drove all the way to san benito where we returned it. The store was super swamped with customers. Amanda was even tackling 2 registers at once, and still managed to put time to help us And investigate the griddle to make sure it was in good conditions before we took it. Corporate or upper management. you need to have more people on the floor it is extremely packed and the wait times are too long for just three people you all need to do better and hire more because a store like that needs staff members like Amanda. Don't burn out your workers support them and watch your business excel.

Took my granddog for a bath and was very disappointed. The washroom wash very dirty, none of the shampoo's had working pumps, there was not a tub for dirty/wet towels. The gate on the wash tub on the left wouldn't stay in place. The water pressure was great! I spoke with a lady after the bath and she right away called someone to attend the issues. The "store manager" with tiny hands sat and played on his phone in the only stall after repeated knock and multiple guys coming in. When I told him to pinch it off he told me us use the women's room. In Texas. Yeah no. Just have some common courtesy and find a place to hide from work in the back like everyone else guy. "I only sat down 3 minutes ago" -nah son, I looked at the clock at 10:55 and said something at 11:05 then told you to wipe up at 11:10. You were washing your hands at 11:13. They were very nice but when I ask about a specific type of fencing the person did not know that they had it in store. I was told that they did not have and that they did not sell it. But when i went outside, I found it. They were very nice and helpful none the less. The pictures are of a few things that they carry in the store.
