Highly recommend Paw City for pet sitting! Shelby took such great care of my 2 dogs and showered them with attention. Each visit, I received a written update and photos. They even have an app to track each visit's start and end time, activities and pics! Overall the service was more affordable than boarding, and my dogs got to stay in the comfort of their own home. Thank you for taking care of my fur babies.

I love Paw City Pet Care. They do a great job with my golden, Murphy, and are always friendly and helpful. I also like that they keep the dogs separated. Murphy always comes home looking spiffy and smelling great.

My baby boy Sigma is very happy with his experience with Susie! He feels love, care, so much kindness and patience from her. He is a 70 pounds big boy, Staffy, usually no strangers can earn his trust easily, but at the first time he went in paw city , he fell in love with Susie immediately. They know my boy’s personality so they purposely arranged every time visit only for my boy ( not another pets inside). I appreciate Susie and Paw city so so so much. I tried to make appointment with other grooming pet care places, when they saw my boy, none of them took him in. Even in pet smart the trainer told me your dog even can not make eye contact with strangers. I was heartbroken several times when people even professional pet person denied my boy. Paw city pet care is HANDS-DOWN the BEST. Only the best pampering for my princess, Sweetie! Not only are they quick, they do an amazing job, and treat your furry family members like their own. My Sweetie is calm and relaxed when I arrive to pick her up. I know she had a relaxing time with their excellent groomers and staff. With experience working with other groomers she had been stressed and clearly not happy at pick up time. At paw city- that is NEVER the case. 5 stars, highly recommend!!!

We love Paw City Pet Care. Everyone is super nice. Suzi is so good with our blind rescue dog. He is always so calm and smells so good when we pick him up. The scheduling and invoicing on the app is really convenient. We are so happy that Paw City Pet Care came to Williamston.
