Patton Avenue Pet Company- Downtown

The staff here has been incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. Giving information but it never feels like sales. We have 4 other pet stores closer to our house, and still make the drive to Patton Ave because of the way we have been treated. Great selection of food, treats, and toys that contribute to our healthy and well trained 10 month old. A+

Will not be returning. I usually love visiting when I’m in town, but this time was the last. I was visiting from out of town with some friends and we stopped in with our miniature poodle for some treats. We had two staff members walk up to us and greet Minnie and offer her treats. They were great. The issue is that once we picked out the treats we wanted (HUGE selection), we took them up to the counter and the cashier asked if we were loyalty members. I said no because we are from out of town. She rung up the treats and let us know they were BOGO. So my partner walked back to the treat section and brought up another bag. The cashier rang us up, didn’t offer a receipt, and off we went. I noticed that night that I was charged double what they said the total was. I just got back from the vaca

Great selection of merchandise and especially cat toys!! Our fur babies will be so happy with their souvenirs!! Someone please adopt the two resident "kittens" currently in store, they are precious!

With 3 locations, Patton Ave Pet is not your average pet store. Not only do they carry the highest quality food and treats, the staff is very informed around nutrition and addressing your pets unique needs. In addition to food and treats, you will find winter coats and sweaters, lots of quality toys, a beautiful (and fun) selection of collars and leashes, beds, blankets and so much more. They have a punch card and reward system for frequent flyers. Just so happy to have this resource in Asheville.

Patton Avenue Pet Company is a gem in downtown Asheville. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, a great selection of high-quality pet products, and a genuine passion for animals. Every visit feels welcoming, and they truly care about both pets and their people. Highly recommend!
