The staff at Patriots Pet Care are amazing! They treat Koa as one of their own & spoil him rotten. He loves going to day care just as much as they love having him there.

The service was absolutely outstanding! The staff was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with open arms, making us feel right at home. They were especially pleasant and friendly with our dog, Whiskey, who was treated like a VIP. It was a delightful experience, and we can’t wait to return!

I brought my dog Taka’ani to Patriots Pet for one day and overnight due to Army graduation. We were able to make a reservation and get registered extremely quick. When it was time to go, she kept looking back and tugging on the leash to go back. It was clear to me, she had a fabulous time. I wish we had a staff like Patriots Pet in our hometown. I picked up my new dog at the Lexington Shelter, and due to time constraints and a recommendation, I left my new dog here. When she went in she was afraid of everything around her and filled with high anxiety. When I went to take her home two days later, she didn't want to come with me, she wanted to stay there. She kept pulling me to go back inside. The people working there were "out of their way" pleasant, and I loved every bit of the visit. I might technically cost a little more than a cheaper place, but I guarantee you it's worth it. To see the personality transformation on my new pup was so dramatic.
