We take our pack of four dogs here every week for socialization and to get energy out. Love how close they are being on base, the staff are kind and love our dogs, and our dogs really enjoy playing here. They have both indoor and outdoor play spaces for weather. Have boarded here too and everything went great!

I arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:00 AM grooming appointment. The building was closed with a sign directing customers to a trailer, which I was never informed about ahead of time. I stood outside in freezing, snowy weather with my Chihuahua waiting for someone to arrive. When someone finally showed up, they said they needed to leave to get gas/propane and would be right back. By 10:30, I had been waiting well past my appointment time with no communication whatsoever. I tried calling the business, but no one answered. No one ever reached out to check on me, explain the delay, or see why I had left. The lack of communication and planning was unacceptable. The on-base convenience is not worth it. I strongly recommend taking your pet elsewhere.

dropped off my cats for a grooming session for matted fur, and they came back with a really bad job, in other places i’ve paid less and have gotten a better result. it was very choppy and still had some knots in their fur, and both were still wet from what i guess was a bath. one of my cats came back sick and in pain. i strongly recommend somewhere else to get your cats groomed it isn’t worth it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the care they took with our dogs Luna and Wyatt—they are absolute magic with dogs! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and clearly tailored to making pets feel safe and cared for. Our pups can be a bit nervous around new people, but the groomer instantly made a connection, showing incredible patience, kindness, and professionalism. The grooming itself was flawless—every detail was perfect, from the even trim to the squeaky-clean coat and nails. Our dogs came out looking like a show dog and smelling amazing. Booked a 7-day stay for my cocker spaniel. The reservation process was cumbersome with many follow-up calls and emails. At pickup, my dog smelled terrible and feces in her long hair. I requested grooming and was informed upon complaint: sorry, the groomer did not have availability and it is normal for the dog to smell after a long stay. I have boarded dogs in the DMV for more than 15 years and this was by far the worst experience. I will return to my fav kennel in Catlett despite the drive. DO NOT RECOMMEND
