I had such a very pleasant conversation with Abby, who was very informative about the save of life chip, and how to re-register. She is very patient, understanding, and extremely polite- such a joy to chat with her. Thank you, Abby, I appreciate your kindness. What a world of difference in Customer Service at the Williamsville office! Lancaster office could learn a few things from Abby.

In all honesty, I could write a book on how wonderful Alliance Veterinary Hospital is. Everyone — from the receptionist to the technicians and veterinarians — has been fantastic! They truly care about the well-being of our animals and made us feel good about the money we spent. At Alliance, you’re not just another number, and they’re not a money-hungry clinic. We’ve had both basic and emergency visits, and they’ve gone above and beyond every time. Even with a two-hour drive for us, I’m so glad we found them!

Alliance has been taking care of my dogs for nearly 10 years. I trust them wholeheartedly but also really appreciate that they listen to my preferences and answer any questions without judgment.

Dr. Gray is wonderful. She’s so kind and so sweet to my dog, Bennett. She answers all of my questions thoroughly and expresses genuine concern when there’s something unusual going on. Switching to Alliance was a great decision; it’s difficult to find a vet that you truly trust your animal to be in good hands with. I’m not familiar with all of the staff—there seems to be different front office and clinical employees each time I’m there, which is probably a good thing for them considering the staffing shortages businesses are experiencing right now—but they’re always so helpful, friendly, and personable, no matter who’s working. I’m lucky to have found such an attentive and caring office for all of my boy’s needs. I definitely recommend this place!

Always take great care of my boys. Enzo, Krunch, and Diesel have received nothing but the best and affordable care. The staff treat my boys like their own family.
