If I could give a lower review I would. We lost our beloved cat, Jezebel, on Christmas eve. We took her to be cremated here. Our paperwork was processed by Will and we were told that paw prints would be taken and put on nice parchment with a poem. We were happy that we would be getting her sweet paw prints back and requested for us to have two copies done. Come today, I was called that she was ready for pickup. My wife and I arrive, and are met by Andrea(pretty sure this is her name). We go back to the office and and she presents us with Jezebel's ashes and then shows us the Paw prints and they were awful. I am pretty sure they were done by Will as his name is on the certificates. She showed no remorse or compassion that these paw prints were awful. She just put on an apathetic front of sh

This organization does not appear to take real responsibility for irreversible mistakes. I called to address a serious issue and was escalated to the director. During our initial conversation, he was very apologetic and told me the owner would personally contact me the following Monday to resolve the matter (I called on a Saturday). At that point, I felt reassured and assumed the incident was an isolated lapse rather than a reflection of their standards. A week has now passed with no call and no follow-up of any kind. Given the silence, it’s hard to believe there was ever an intention to reach out or resolve the situation, especially since no one has even attempted to provide an update. I want to thank Parrott Funeral Home, not only for the compassionate assistance offered for my father's funeral in Fairburn and his transport to Mississippi for services and burial in 2005, but for the attentive care of the professional staff in the many years since. I have relied on Parrott for documents at least twice in the ensuing years and this week, Heather Champion and Hunter Parrott assisted me with posting a tribute to my father on the 20th Anniversary of his death. This is an extraordinary funeral home, family owned and family oriented. I am so grateful that the Parrott staff took care of my father at the end of his life and that they have helped our family to care for his memory in the years since.
