Elena runs an awesome company period! She's so professional and so sweet. She's great at honoring her word, showing up as promised and taking great care of your fur babies. She'll even update you with arrival time and photos of your pets. Leaving my cats at home in their own space was so comforting to me. Her crew can also provide vet tech services as well. Atl tails has truly been wonderful for me and my baby prince! I can’t recommend Elena highly enough! From the moment she met Prince, it was clear she genuinely cares and loves what she does. She Walked and fed Prince reliably every day, and even handled training sessions. She is very Accommodating ; and Consistently showed kindness and warmth to Prince. Even when my baby started to get sick, with her veterinary knowledge, she was able to assess the situation and give recommendations! We changed his diet and he is all better! Thanks to her attentive care and gentle training, I never worried while I was away. If you want a sitter who treats your pet like family, Elena is the one. I’ll definitely be booking her again!
