My dog showed some scary signs of G.I. distress, I was able to get an appointment with Parker animal care the very same day. From the phone call to make the appointment all the way to leaving the vet I felt that Hazel was graciously cared for not simply because it is their job, but because they themselves care about each and every animal that comes to see them. Dr. Parker took her time to explain everything to me in detail, didn’t try to run unnecessary tests, and answered every question I had. Her techs Ty and Jessica were just as caring, inquisitive, and informative. We will be back in the future and will recommend to everyone we know.

I went to Parker Animal Care to get a health certificate for my dog, Zoey, before our move from Austin, TX to South Korea, and the whole process was so easy and stress-free! Dr. Lisa Pocernich was amazing — she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure Zoey was completely ready for international travel. The front staff was also wonderful. Sergio’s energy and friendliness made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in! Everyone at the clinic was organized, professional, and truly cared about making the experience smooth. This was my first time coming here. Let me tell you I was very impressed with Dr. Pocernich She knew what she was doing. I will say if your doggy or pet is sick you should bring them to Parker animal care. Everyone was so helpful and nice to my Coco. I was very pleased with the service
