Update: the business's callous and rude response to me and any other patron who leaves a negative review, as well as inability to take ownership of their own high prices which they themselves set, is all one needs to see to understand how nasty the people are who run this business. I am a former customer who is disatisfied and disgusted with your price gouging, and I have every right to leave a two star review. Also to imply that I can't afford $40 is a additionally a disgusting way to speak to a former customer. Why would I willingly pay you double for the same service I will get at another location? I have been using Park Ur Paws for years now. My large dog is a Poodle mix who can be a handful at times. They have always done an excellent job in managing him and his little sister and have always done a wonderful job kenneling them when they cant be brought along. Excellent communication from the staff has always been the standard. I dont know how they manage so much with usually 2 people in the shop, but they have always been the best to my family. They have always been courteous and honest abput what they can do and what is provided. I think I have jad a total of 2 issues with service over the last 5 years or so and they have always been resolved professionally and expediently with an appropriate compromise. First I'll start by saying this, I never writer reviews, but the experience I had with Kim at Park Your Paws was so horrible, I had to warn others. This dog groomer was rude and unprofessional. My fiance brought our 6 month old puppy here for the second time. The first time was at 4 months, 1/27/24 , I brought her in and there was no problem. The second time was at 6 months, 4/ 6/24. My fiance brought her in, and I was on the phone with him. Upon arrival, she told my fiance, this dog is a "mess". She continued talking in an aggressive tone making it seem like we abuse our puppy. We took Spyder for a full grooming and they were amazing! He now looks like the gorgeous dog he is supposed to be!

I bring my Cane Corso Diesel for boarding and to be groomed and they do a great job with him! He actually looks forward to going. Highly recommend!
