I truly can't say enough about this animal hospital! I had 2 rescue dogs from Texas for 10 yrs . I went there after a very emotional, traumatic experience of putting down our older dog at a vet lve gone to for 40 years and knew o I cud never walk into that place again without reliving that experience. I truly got myself physically sick due to the fact that I rescued these abused dogs and my older one died an abusive death But then I realized my younger dog wasn't eating or drinking or barking or wagging her tail for too long and I knew I had to get her to A vet ASAP. I called Park hills and spoke to the office manager , Danielle, and thru my crying conversation she got me right in, I can't say enough about Danielle . I walked into a new place after 40 yrs and she was so comforting to me

First timer and what a great experience. From the first step in the door, everyone was super nice. I wasn't sure how my cat was going to react but they were prepared and she was so good, with their help and their kindness. They were very thorough and was there to answer all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely stick with them.

Tried Park Hills Animal Hospital on a recommendation and had a fantastic vet experience. Place is very clean, staff friendly, prices reasonable. Best part is the super-knowledgeable Dr. De-Paepe who we know from seeing many of our pets in the past, and always gave them excellent care.

Highly recommend! I recently had to switch vets after mine closed down and I couldn't be happier. Everyone at the office is knowledgeable, kind and communicative. They were careful to check my 11 year old cat's history and made it an easy transition!

Originally went to this place based on the splendid reviews, upon the first visit i brought in my new puppy (8 months old) to establish herself with a vet for an annual exam and paid for a fecal test as well as preventive dewormer. i was charged only $61 dollars for the original fecal testing. results came back positive, they charged me an additional $60 for dewormer and was told to come back in 10 days for results. their systems were down so i could not pay that day but i had asked how much it would be to leave my card information for them to charge on the next business day. the VET TECH said it would be the same test and charge $61 to the card and that was the only verbal authorization i permitted them to charge my card with. i was then charged $91 for a fecal test. not being seen, not e
