The best cat boarding experience in Western Mass. We were apprehensive about leaving Pablo and Frangolina while we went on vacation to Italy, however after doing our research and talking to staff, we were confident that our babies would be well taken care of. The staff did a great job taking care of our kitties and offered many services for cats that you won't find anywhere else! Thank you!

Mr Biscuit (my senior cat) does not do well with strangers and does not care to be touched .. he loved Karen. The videos she posted on Facebook showed a cat that was affectionate when she was caring for him . When I went to take him home he was in great condition and was happily sitting in a windowsill. Biscuit went to her before me😱. This was a good experience and I will definitely be a returning customer.

Karen is phenomenal! My two furbabies, Daisy and Max, had the best care. Videos posted on FB, put me at ease while away on vacation. The staff will definitely take the best care of your kitties. They give wonderful attention to each and every kittie The cleanliness of the building was outstanding. You won't regret having your cat there when you have to be away.

Karen is a true professional and clearly knows how to take wonderful care of cats! This was my first time boarding my cat with someone, and I will definitely be bringing my cat back in the future. I was worried because my cat is anxious but Karen made her feel at ease. Highly recommended!
