Dog & Cat Grooming at Kim's Pet Resort LLC Granby Ma

I went to bring my cat for a basic grooming. My poor cat’s nose was and obviously looked like it had been cut. I called the place to ask what had happened, whether it was an accident. THEY DENIED! saying “cats nose can be sensitive when getting groomed.” What kind of excuse is that? My cat has been groomed plenty of times before with nothing close to this ever happening. Completely unacceptable. Edit: THIS IS THE RIGHT BUSINESS, Kim's Pet Resort and Grooming in Granby, MA and they absolutely have my records in their system (Jerri is my cat). I will not be removing this honest review.

Who lets a dog leave the groomer looking like this? Ruined my Pomeranians hair and puts the blame on me and my lack of direction. I was very specific before they cut her hair. They cut everything down to one length except her tail and half her head. Unbelievable! The hair on her head was cut diagonally! Save yourself the bad experience and avoid at all costs. We have been a client at Kim’s for many years. I have four dachshunds that are groomed there and have always been satisfied. Very kind staff that treat them as their own.

We adopted our senior kitty with severe matting, and it was clear that she was uncomfortable before being groomed. After her grooming appointment, she was a new cat! She seemed very liberated and happy and purred so much when we got home. We thought she would have to be shaved down to her skin, but they were able to keep a good amount of her hair, which was great. 10/10, we will definitely be visiting again!

My long haired cat developed some pretty serious matting that I was unable to brush out myself. I brought her to Kim for grooming and Kim did an amazing job. She was able to brush out the mats without having to shave off any fur. Her prices are reasonable and I was pleased when she required proof of rabies vaccination. I was impressed with Kim’s professionalism and demeanor. If my pet needs future grooming I will most definitely be back to Kim’s. I highly recommend her!
