Pampered Puppies Pet Grooming

We took our aYorkie in and WOW what a bad experience!! We wanted a trim and a puppy face. What we got was NOT that! The girl that cut Blaze's hair was young and in my opinion not experienced. A poor job with a simple trim, on top of that a big chunk was missing from his chest. They said it was a knot in the hair, but he's was brushed out before we took him. Our dog is AKC certified and we are always looking for a proper cut but have yet to find one. I do not recommend this place and we continue to search for a proper groomer. I wish I could share the photos but for some reason there's no option. My expectations for a groomer are high not unrealistic. This is your profession, so I expect for you to be on point. Do not make excuses for your lack of skills.

Amazing Service. Friendly and respectful towards me and my dog. He is very easily intimidated and talkative, but staff had no problem with him. They took us as a walk-in and had my dog finished within 2 hours. They called me updating me before making any changes to original grooming plans (I.e. cutting his fur shorter). Will definitely be coming back! Thank you for your hard work!

I will be having a outstanding appointment with them for my dogs.because I love how they did my dogs and gave them they shots and they gave a reasonable price for all three of my dogs

I just picked my sweet pea petunia up for the shop and and I cat express how thankful I am for making her feel so welcome she looks so beautiful and they did exactly what I asked for! She was Also in and out with in a hour ! The staff was wonderful and super sweet !

First time going to Pampered Puppies Pet Grooming and I loved it. Great customer service very friendly, and the best part they took great care of my furry baby. I'm a happy customer ☺️
