Took my dog here for the first time today and I am beyond satisfied ! Very great costumer service ! I am happy and so is my little girl 🥹 will be returning so glad we found our new groomer 💕 I have the before and after results 💕 and the price is very affordable

Took my cat there for nail trimming n ear cleaning and they did an amazing job. No appt needed for drop off. Lowest price in the high desert. I highly recommend this place

DO NOT go here. I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews this is genuinely the first one I’ve ever written. I’ve used the same groomer for over a year without a single issue, but I decided to try this place because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, it has been an absolute nightmare for my dog and for me. Shortly after her appointment, I noticed a cut on her head that developed into scabs. Over the following days, those scabs spread across her head and neck. I’ve now spent over $400 in vet bills, and I have yet another appointment today. Multiple veterinarians told me the same thing: this was most likely caused by improper grooming practices specifically not cleaning or drying her properly. Loved this pet grooming salon! Excellent customer service and attention to detail with the pet grooming. I absolutely love bringing my dog here because the groomers put a lot of love into their work. I definitely recommend this place.

So I asked for a trim, shower and a combing. And my poor dog came back like this and was still charged 150 dollars. She apologized repeatedly and said she had to because of fleas. (Never seen fleas on my dog but won’t argue because it may be possible. They tried to show me fleas but they couldn’t find one) i just wished she called me and asked before she decided to shave my dog bare. Dog came back extremely scared ( could be because he has only gone to a groomer once before). They have a thick accent as well not an issue but was for us in this case because I didn’t know why they had called apologizing.
